Education:
Samantha graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She completed her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling from Minnesota State University - Mankato (CACREP accredited). She completed her practicum and internship at Mankato Marriage and Family Therapy Center prior to her current full time employment.
Background: Samantha is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Samantha has roots in the Mankato area. This gives her a great deal of understanding of common concerns/issues that people struggle with locally.

She is trained in several therapeutic modalities, but commonly utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Samantha also integrates elements of Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
